Maintenance Services

Power Steering Service

There is a need to have your power steering system flushed. Power steering systems subject power steering fluids to high temperatures and pressures, causing oxidation, fluid deterioration and eventually breakdown, reducing lubricity while accumulating contaminants, varnish deposits as well as abrasive wear metals and debris that grind seals, valves and friction surfaces. Lack of maintenance can inhibit steering, cause leaks and premature power steering unit failure.

The Benefits include:

  • Removal of contaminants, deposits, wear metals and debris
  • Reduction in wear, premature component failure, valve sticking and squeal
  • Restoring quiet, smooth, uniform steering control, lubricity
  • Providing safe, secure steering

Cooling System Service

Engine manufacturers recommend coolant system maintenance intervals for good reasons: weak, neglected coolant can wreak havoc on all cooling system parts.

Q: Why should coolant be tested?
A: To monitor RA (Reserve Alkalinity) level consistency and control freeze point / boil point.

Q: What is the purpose of monitoring coolant RA level?
A: To prevent corrosion from occurring.

Q: What is freeze point / boil point?
A: Temperature at which coolant boils over and turns into vapor.

Q: How do we maintain the proper RA and protect from freeze point / boil point?
A: Regularly scheduled cooling system flush service.

Q: When should a cooling system flush be performed?
A: Every 30,000 miles or OEM recommended.

Fuel System Cleaning & Induction Service

Carbon may gradually begin to rob your engine of power, performance and fuel economy. If your vehicle has more than 15,000 miles on the odometer, it may be time to have your fuel induction and injection system cleaned.
